The OTTER was built according to plans by chief engineer Heinz Doctor, Berlin-Charlottenburg, at the Karl Siebert dredging and shipbuilding yard in Berlin-Spandau.
If you do not like an article, it is possible to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the shipment without giving a reason. We assume that the goods are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. You will receive a credit note from us for the value of the goods. The goods must be sent back to our address in the cheapest way, securely packaged and with sufficient postage. If the value of the goods is over 40 € and the sender is German, we will take care of the postage. The goods may not be sent postage paid. We reserve the right to deduct the costs for freight collect shipments from the credit.
Payment is made in EUR by bank transfer, postal order or, within Germany, by cash on delivery. Shipping costs shall be borne by the Purchaser.

Shipping costs 12% of the invoice amount up to a maximum of 7.50 EUR
(4.40 EUR have to be added for cash on delivery charges)

Shipping costs 15% of the invoice amount from a minimum of EUR 3.45 to a maximum of EUR 10

Postal orders are for the full invoice amount (including shipping costs), payable to H.-W. Sievers Verlag to issue in EUR.

The plans remain the property of the publisher until they have been paid for in full.
The delivery takes place via the Deutsche Post AG to the specified house or company address. Shipments to PO boxes and poste restante will not be carried out. For further information on payment transactions and shipping costs, the currently valid delivery conditions on this website must be observed.
